U.S. SOYBEAN COMPLEX EXPORT SALE

Soybeans: Net sales of 329,400 MT for 2023/2024 were up 18 percent from the previous week, but down 5 percent from the prior 4-week average. Increases primarily for unknown destinations (147,800 MT), China (71,100 MT, including 68,000 MT switched from unknown destinations and decreases of 200 MT), Indonesia (46,400 MT, including decreases of 100 MT), Japan (23,800 MT, including 7,200 MT switched from unknown destinations and decreases of 400 MT), and Taiwan (17,900 MT, including decreases of 100 MT), were offset by reductions primarily for Colombia (1,400 MT). Net sales of 6,900 MT for 2024/2025 were primarily for Indonesia (4,000 MT) and Taiwan (1,500 MT). Exports of 208,400 MT–a marketing-year low–were down 20 percent from the previous week and 35 percent from the prior 4-week average. The destinations were primarily to China (79,300 MT), Egypt (36,100 MT), Mexico (24,500 MT), Indonesia (21,400 MT), and Japan (13,200 MT).
Exports for Own Account: For 2023/2024, the current exports for own account outstanding balance of 3,300 MT are for Canada (1,400 MT), Taiwan (900 MT), Bangladesh (500 MT), and Malaysia (500 MT).

Soybean Cake and Meal: Net sales of 265,500 MT for 2023/2024 were up 83 percent from the previous week and 35 percent from the prior 4-week average. Increases primarily for Colombia (50,500 MT, including 5,000 MT switched from Ecuador), Vietnam (50,000 MT switched from unknown destinations), Mexico (46,500 MT, including decreases of 8,400 MT), Morocco (40,900 MT, including 18,000 MT switched from unknown destinations), and the Dominican Republic (30,000 MT), were offset by reductions primarily for unknown destinations (68,000 MT), Ecuador (3,500 MT), Burma (3,200 MT), Sri Lanka (1,900 MT), and Indonesia (1,100 MT). Net sales of 20,200 MT for 2024/2025 were reported for the Dominican Republic (13,500 MT) and Mexico (6,700 MT). Exports of 250,800 MT were up 40 percent from the previous week and 9 percent from the prior 4-week average. The destinations were primarily to Mexico (72,100 MT), the Philippines (51,700 MT), Morocco (38,900 MT), Honduras (20,400 MT), and Canada (18,100 MT).

Soybean Oil: Net sales of 10,200 MT for 2023/2024 were down noticeably from the previous week, but up 53 percent from the prior 4-week average. Increases reported for Mexico (11,400 MT), Colombia (300 MT), and Canada (100 MT), were offset by reductions for the Dominican Republic (1,500 MT). Exports of 13,600 MT were down 34 percent from the previous week, but up noticeably from the prior 4-week average. The destinations were to Mexico (12,100 MT) and Canada (1,500 MT).
