Russia destroyed more than 210 port infrastructure facilities in Ukraine – Ministry of Reconstruction

As of 2024, more than 210 port infrastructure facilities in Ukraine were completely or partially destroyed as a result of Russian attacks, said Yuriy Vaskov, Deputy Minister of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine.

“We are talking exclusively about civilian objects of the port territorial structure, there are more than 210 of them,” Vaskov said.

He added that many of these facilities have already been restored.

However, the government continues to support, develop and restore all possible ways for exports from Ukraine. Mr. Vaskov emphasized that both the government and private business are making efforts “to have as many alternative routes as possible.”
