The Indian Rupee open marginally stronger owing to reversal in major crosses namely Euro and Pound. The S&P Global assessment on US Manufacturing and Services sector growth indicated a pullback in business activity, citing moderation in US economy. Moreover, the swift recovery in Euro and Pound post the release of better-than-expected business activity figures from the developed economies yesterday, has underpinned the dollar index below 106 levels, extending support to the rupee. This has made investors direct their flows into risky assets once again, paving the way for the Indian equities to flourish yet again. However, the uptick in oil prices amidst a fall in US crude inventories and importer bids at lower levels shall cap the currency upside potential.
