The corn prices continue to go down and are a three year low. A huge corn crop is expected in Argentina and lower exports are also reason for low prices
On the CME on 23 Feb 2024 the corn prices were as under
Mar $157.31/MT, May $162.74/MT and Jul $167.78/MT.
Corresponding the FOB prices were as under
US Gulf $186-193 (for Mar – Jul)
PNW $216-218 (Mar-May)
Other origin corn prices were-
Argentina $182-185/MT (June); Brazil $190-195/MT (June) and Ukraine $166-170/MT (jun)
Sorghum prices at $237/MT FOB Texas
Barley prices from different origins : France $209-212/MT; Argentina $210-215/MT; Black Sea $180-185/MT and Australia $240-245/MT
DDGS prices – Mar-May US Gulf $245-248/MT.. Delivered price of DDGS to Vietnam $314-319/MT; Thailand at $334-339/MT; Myanmar at $329-334/MT (Prices for DDGS Profat 35%), bulk in Containers. CGM prices on FOB basis 427/MT and CGF at $165/MT.
